Salena is a Clinical Behavior Scientist with a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and Counseling. She also holds a graduate-level behavior analysis (BCBA) certification and is finishing the Project Management certification program. Salena has been in the field of Behavioral Analysis since 2009.  When Salena isn’t reading an article or book or participating in a webinar, she’s spending her time on committees and boards to make changes that help marginalized communities. She has a strong passion for supporting locally while thinking globally and is an avid traveler.

Salena started her own company, The Full Field, in 2021 and later rebranded to The Traveling Project Manager in 2023. She provides project management services for larger-based projects and support for solopreneurs.
