How a Simple Workflow Change Transformed a Project

I recently worked with a small creative agency struggling to keep up with their project deadlines. They were using a traditional to-do list, but it wasn’t helping them see the bigger picture or prioritize effectively. After assessing their workflow, I suggested implementing a simple change: moving to a visual Kanban board.

By organizing their tasks into columns representing different stages of the project, the team could quickly see what needed to be done next and who was responsible for each task. This visual approach not only improved their organization but also enhanced team communication and accountability. Within a few weeks, they noticed a significant improvement in their ability to meet deadlines and manage their workload.

This experience reinforced my belief that sometimes, even the smallest changes can have a huge impact. By taking the time to understand the unique challenges and needs of each project, we can find creative solutions that lead to success. It’s all about being open to new ideas and willing to adapt.
